How to report a possible technical problem?
To help our team quickly get to the bottom of the issue, we’d really appreciate reports that include the following:
- Detailed description – What were you trying to do when you experienced the issue? Was there any error message? What did you expect to happen instead?
- Device information – Were you using a mobile browser, Android app, iOS app or the desktop site? What browser or app version?
- Screenshots – Wherever possible, try to take screenshots of the screens where you experienced the issue. This includes any error messages that pop up.
