How to edit tasks and cancel posted Services?
To edit one of your existing posted Service, please follow these steps:
- Select the Offered Service you want to edit from My Listings > My Task > Services Posted > See Post.
- Click on the setting button ⋮ and select ‘Edit’.
- Update the Service’s details as required and click on ‘Save’ to save your changes
Note: Content edited only applicable on the new request, if there are accepted sub-service under status AWAITING/INPROGRESS, all content cannot be edited.
Cancel Service
- Select the Service you want to cancel from My Listings tab.
- Click on the setting button ⋮ and select ‘Cancel’.
- A confirmation pop-up will appear. Kindly fill in the reason to cancel this task from the listing and press Submit for cancellation.
