Why I can’t log in?
If you already have an iTask account but you’re not able to log in, please find below some troubleshooting techniques.
iTask app:
- Ensure you are running the most recent version of the app. You can check for updates by heading to the App Store or the Google Play store.
- Check that there are no unnecessary spaces around your email address or password.
- Close down the app. Reopen it and try logging in again.
If none of these options work, try uninstalling and reinstalling again.
Please take screenshots of any error messages f the issue still persist and get in touch with us for further help.
Please note: if you have previously requested for your account to be deleted, it cannot be reactivated by logging in. You’ll need to create a new account.
