Understanding Auto Cancellation
Auto cancellation is a feature whereby iTask system will cancel your Task’s offer or Service’s request if:
Post Task
Tasker made an offer to a task and Request no respond | 5 days | Offer will be cancelled |
Posted task without any offers | 14 days | Posted Task will be cancelled |
Requester no respond to the posted task offer under status – Awaiting offers (Accept or Reject) | 20 days | |
Requester no respond to the assigned task offer under status – InProgress | 30 days |
Post Service
Requester made a request to a service and Tasker no respond | 5 days | Offer will be cancelled |
Tasker no respond to the posted service offer under status – Awaiting requests (Accept or Reject) | 20 days | Posted Service will be cancelled |
Tasker no respond to the assigned service offer under status – InProgress | 30 days |
Thus it is important for you as a Tasker/Requester to know when your Task’s offer or Service’s request will be cancelled by iTask system if you did not respond to your Task/Service.
A general rule of thumb to avoid auto cancellation is that Tasker to complete the Task or Service as agreed period.
iTask reserves the right to add, amend or delete the above conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of dispute, the decision of iTask remains final.
